Matthew Stauss Photography
"Giving the lifeless, life." Matthew was born on Febuary 9th, 1984 to Karen Mckarnin and John Stauss. A 2006 graduate from the Hallmark Institute of Photography, Matthew is currently working in Kansas City as a commercial and advertising photographer. Winner of several awards; Matthews' most recent achievement was the honor of representing Hallmark in the annual PRC Student Exibition in Boston, showing April 7th - May 7th 2006. Trying to push his creative and techinal skills Matthew states: "I was once told by a dear friend of mine to always try and create the image you were striving to create, but then after accomplishing it to 'Go one step beyond' what you had oringinally created. This has been by far the most helpful and driving advice I have ever recieved." As for the future, Matthew plans on furthering his photographic knowledge and continue to push himself to create new and innovative images.
